Sales Operations & Analytics Analyst
to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, cross‑functional role supporting Sales, Marketing, Business Operations and our public‑sector sales organization.
This role is not a software development or engineering position. Instead, it is focused on research, analysis, and sales intelligence—using data, business tools, and public information to help our sales team better understand municipal and government fleet operations and identify high‑potential sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate enjoys researching organizations, synthesizing information, and preparing clear executive‑level summaries that help sales leaders decide where to focus and how to engage. While this role works closely with Sales, it is not customer‑facing.
Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay -Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary $70,000-$80,000
Location : Hybrid schedule out of our Charlotte, NC office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities The Sales Operations & Analytics Analyst plays a key role in supporting revenue growth by combining data analysis, sales operations, marketing collaboration, and business support. This individual will turn data into actionable insights while also supporting lead generation efforts, RFP development, and strategic initiatives.
This is a highly dynamic role that blends
analytics, sales support, and operational execution , making it ideal for someone who enjoys both data and business‑facing responsibilities.
Sales Operations & Support
Support sales pipeline development through lead generation and research initiatives
Assist in the preparation and development of RFP responses and client proposals
Partner with sales leadership to track opportunities and improve conversion rates
Support trade show coordination, attendance, and follow‑up activities
Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze business data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Domo, etc.) to generate insights
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track sales performance and operational metrics
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across accounts and operations
Ensure data integrity and proactively identify data quality issues
Marketing & Growth Collaboration
Partner with the Marketing team to support campaigns, content development, and lead generation strategies
Utilize web crawling and research tools to identify new business opportunities and market insights
Contribute to the development of presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
Business Operations & Strategy
Translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations
Support strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Assist in building executive‑level presentations and reports (PowerPoint)
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams
Key Competencies and Minimum Education
Strong ability to balance
data‑driven insights with business execution
Proactively identifies opportunities to improve sales processes and performance
Effectively supports revenue‑generating activities (RFPs, lead gen, reporting)
Builds strong partnerships across teams
Required
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in
sales operations, business analysis, or data analytics
Strong proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Domo, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience supporting
sales teams, RFP processes, or business development
Exposure to marketing analytics or lead generation strategies
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
Background in fleet, automotive, or service‑based industries
Familiarity with Agile environments or project‑based work
