Position Summary
The Salesforce Administrator (Sales & Field Service) supports the ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service within a $2B enterprise environment. This role partners with Sales Operations, Field Operations, Service, the individual brands, and IT to enhance system usability, improve reporting visibility, and support automation across the revenue and service lifecycle. The role also trains and supports users on Field Service processes and system functionality. This is a hands‑on administrator, training, and support role with strong cross‑functional exposure and growth opportunity. No direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
Configure and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, fields, and Lightning apps.
Support user setup, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
Maintain data integrity and assist with data imports and cleansing.
Partner with other administrators on user solutions.
Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing system support.
Field Service Support
Assist in maintaining Service Territories, Work Types, Work Orders, and Scheduling Policies.
Support dispatcher console and mobile configuration updates.
Help improve scheduling workflows and the field technician experience.
Partner with Field Operations to support reporting and process improvements.
Support the Salesforce Field Service mobile app on iPhone and Android.
Train new users and new brands on Field Service functionality.
Configure Youreka for field data collection.
Sales Operations Support
Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
Improve process efficiency through workflow automation.
Prepare status presentations related to deployments.
Support deployment implementation activities.
Business Collaboration
Gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
Provide user training and documentation.
Contribute to platform improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
3–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience
1–2 years exposure to Salesforce Field Service (or strong Service Cloud background)
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
Experience with Flow Builder
Strong reporting and dashboard skills
Experience supporting 100+ users preferred
Strong communication and business process mindset
Field Service training experience
Preferred
Field Service Consultant Certification (or working toward it)
Experience in Sales Operations or another functional business environment
MuleSoft configuration experience.
