As Account Manager USA, you will help take that success into a major new growth market. You will be responsible for introducing and expanding Randox Health’s diagnostics-as-a-service proposition, enabling organisations across the US to access scalable, high-quality, commercially compelling diagnostic solutions. This is an opportunity to work with a business that is not simply following market trends, but helping shape the future of preventative health, at-home testing, white-label diagnostics, and partner-led healthcare delivery. You will engage senior decision-makers across digital health platforms, telehealth providers, employers, insurers, clinics and wellness brands, building strategic partnerships that create long-term value. The Role Build, manage and convert a pipeline of enterprise partners across the US, including employers, insurers, clinics, telehealth providers, digital health platforms and wellness brands Develop compelling, commercially robust partnership proposals covering pricing, service models, SLAs, logistics, reporting, and implementation plans Negotiate and close contracts in line with revenue, margin and volume targets Identify high-potential geographies and verticals, creating territory plans and outreach strategies to support rapid market growth Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends, feeding insight into leadership and supporting wider go-to-market strategy Review partnership performance post-launch, including volumes, service KPIs, customer satisfaction and expansion opportunities Maintain excellent CRM discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, pipeline visibility, and clear communication of risks and next steps The Must Haves Proven experience in service-led sales Strong prospecting and pipeline generation capability Good understanding of laboratory diagnostics workflows Strong data-driven forecasting capability and excellent CRM discipline Willingness to travel extensively throughout the US A valid driving licence Right to work in the USA (sponsorship is not available) Desirable Sales experience within the diagnostics, laboratory services, healthcare, or insurance sectors Awareness of relevant regulatory considerations, including CLIA / CAP basics, HIPAA, and PHI handling What We Offer A strong base salary and profit sharing to reward your contribution Car allowance of $600 per month Excellent career progression opportunities as the US business continues to grow High levels of autonomy and ownership in managing your territory and diary The chance to play a visible role in the international expansion of a highly innovative health brand Opportunity to work with market-leading diagnostic solutions and a business committed to improving health worldwide Important Information Please note that we are not offering sponsorship for this role.
