What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive profitable growth and market coverage for the Packaging portfolio in the assigned region
Manage forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics using Salesforce CRM
Coach and develop field and remote sales representatives to enhance sales performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute regional activation plans
Lead distributor and channel partnerships to maximize sales opportunities and coverage
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Five (5) years of combined experience in sales, marketing, or B2B commercial roles
One (1) year of experience in manufacturing or industrial B2B sales environments
Current, valid Driver’s License
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Packaging Systems, capital equipment, or automation solutions
Strong capability in Key Account Management and customer segmentation
Experience managing distribution or multi-tier channel models
Demonstrated success in a matrixed or cross-functional environment
Master’s degree from an accredited university
