Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Real Estate Broker, based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area with flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for listing, marketing, and selling residential and commercial properties, fostering strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process with professionalism and expertise. Qualifications
Proven experience in Brokerage and Real Estate, with an active real estate license Strong expertise in Sales and a results‑driven approach to achieving targets Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships Knowledge of Real Property laws, contracts, and regulations Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in using modern marketing tools, technology platforms, and CRM systems is an advantage Familiarity with the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area real estate market is a plus Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development
