What You'll Do Your days will be active, fast-paced, and people-focused.
Meet prospective residents and show available homes across the KC area
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely, friendly way
Help applicants through the leasing process from first tour to signed lease
Build strong first impressions and represent our company with professionalism
Stay organized while managing multiple showings, follow-ups, and applications
Keep up with available properties and market trends
What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience-we're more interested in who you are and how you show up.
Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with people daily
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Strong communication and follow-through
Organized and able to manage a busy, changing schedule
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation (required)
Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
