Director, Real-Time AI Experiences

That includes all required layers and capabilities: data, knowledge, agent model training, deployment, operationalization, and applications that act both as conduits for GenAI actions as well as sources of training data for our models.**Role Summary** You’ll drive innovation around conversational AI, analytics, and human experience—leading a global team to deliver products that redefine how enterprises interact in real time.You will oversee the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our real-time experience suite, ensuring alignment with the broader company mission and GenAI platform capabilities. This includes ownership of key products in the agentic suite, collaboration with engineering, AI, and design teams to deliver exceptional enterprise-grade solutions.**Key Responsibilities** Translate business opportunities into clear product requirements and actionable development plans. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction**Skills and Experience** 10+ years of experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software products, with 5+ years in product leadership capacity.Proven experience leading AI-driven or LLM-based product initiatives, ideally within real-time or conversational AI domains. Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven ability to engage senior executives and technical teams alike. Work with some of the most advanced GenAI technologies in the world.
