Your role will focus on building relationships, answering questions, and ensuring clients feel informed, valued, and supported. Key responsibilities include: Assisting clients with product information, coverage options, and general inquiries
Building strong, long-term relationships through professionalism and follow-through
Addressing concerns with empathy, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
Collaborating with a remote team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach in all client interactions
