to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a strategic professional who can own the lifecycle of our email programs, differentiating this position from our broader marketing roles through a laser focus on automation, deliverability, and high-conversion messaging.
Responsibilities:
Architect High-Impact Campaigns:
Design, build, and optimize complex automated journeys and promotional email flows across multiple platforms (e.g., CMS, Marketo) to drive member engagement and long-term loyalty.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Rigorously analyze campaign performance and A/B test results to identify trends, improve open and click-through rates, and maximize ROI.
Advanced Segmentation:
Develop sophisticated targeting strategies based on member behavior, demographics, and preferences to deliver hyper-personalized travel experiences.
Platform Mastery:
Serve as a subject matter expert in Marketo (or similar enterprise automation tools), streamlining workflows and implementing best practices for technical execution.
Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure email initiatives align with global business objectives and provide a seamless customer journey.
Lifecycle Innovation:
Continuously audit and refine existing email touchpoints, introducing innovative solutions to reduce friction and enhance the member experience.
Qualifications:
Email Expertise:
5+ years of dedicated marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale email programs.
Automation Proficiency:
2–5 years of hands-on experience with Marketo or a comparable marketing automation suite is required.
