We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated
Collateral Recovery Agent
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying account information, investigating leads, and recovering collateral. Your responsibilities will include: Verifying account information provided by clients. Investigating all leads by checking addresses and making contact attempts. Engaging with debtors or references to reclaim collateral. Safely recovering collateral while minimizing risks. Adhering to all pertinent laws and company policies to reduce liability. Providing clients with timely updates in line with company policies. Delivering accurate and timely condition reports for repossessed items. To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: Be at least 25 years old. Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Have basic mechanical knowledge. Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills. Be open to working long and non-standard hours. Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills. Possess analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Pass a drug test and the Certified Asset Recovery Specialist (CARS) exam. Education & Training: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in repossession is a plus. Experience in law enforcement or military service is advantageous. Familiarity with tow trucks and/or heavy equipment is desirable.
