Position Purpose:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Customer Engagement Associate, where you'll provide outstanding service and assistance to customers while actively identifying their needs. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping customers complete their home improvement projects. In this position, you will: Utilize our tools to learn about a variety of products, enabling you to offer expert advice. Master the skills of greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing sales with every customer you encounter. Maintain assigned areas to be in-stock, clean, shop-able, and safe for both customers and co-workers. Collaborate with your Department Supervisor and team members to enhance the shopping experience. Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety policies and protocols. As a Sales and Customer Engagement Associate, you may serve in a variety of departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
