We are looking for a dynamic Solutions Architect who understands that

exceptional deals are crafted through collaboration ! In this pre-sales, client-facing position, you will play a pivotal role in Ensono's most significant and intricate initiatives, partnering with Sales to design

viable, multi-tower solutions

that benefit both our clients and Ensono. You will utilize your

technical expertise ,

business acumen , and

executive presence

to secure transformational deals. Lead solution architecture for

large, complex, multi-tower pursuits , acting as the overall solution owner. Collaborate closely with Sales to

develop and shape deals , influencing their scope, structure, pricing, and value. Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Sales, Consulting, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to create winning solutions. Conduct

client discovery and solution workshops

to ensure alignment with business goals and commercial realities. Create and present

engaging solution narratives and business cases

for both technical and executive audiences. Contribute to developing

pricing models and commercial constructs

for IT outsourcing, managed services, and transformation deals. Engage in deal reviews, providing insights on

commercial viability, risks, and competitive positioning

to senior leadership. Facilitate smooth transitions post-close by assisting with

solution handoff ,

knowledge transfer , and deal documentation. Craft and enhance

client-facing collateral and solution assets , often generating new materials from the ground up. What Sets This Role Apart: This role is

not solely technical . Bring

strong business and financial insight

to complex deals, balancing value, risk, and profitability. Work on

high-stakes, high-visibility pursuits , while also being flexible in supporting smaller deals and renewals. Operate within a

pod model

paired with another Solutions Architect, closely aligned to a dedicated sales leader. To be considered for this role, you should meet the required qualifications: Required Qualifications: Experience in a

pre-sales Solution Architect or Solution Engineer role

at a

Managed Services Provider with a focus on IT Services Outsourcing . Proven track record of supporting or leading

large, complex IT outsourcing and managed services deals . Familiarity with

public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid solutions

is preferred. Experience across the hosting technology landscape including

compute, storage, network, security, EUC, BC/DR, DevOps, and IT governance . Successfully closed

10+ deals of $50M+ TCV . Strong understanding of

complex solution selling

involving business, contractual, and financial aspects. Broad technical knowledge in

data center, hosting, hybrid cloud, and managed services . Comfort with

pricing models, multi-year contracts, and deal economics . Exceptional executive-level communication skills, capable of

influencing C-suite stakeholders . Able to thrive in

fast-paced, ambiguous environments . Deep understanding of

IT services outsourcing models . Attributes That Matter: Business-oriented and

curious , and ready to tackle complex challenges. Collaborative, serving as a strong partner to Sales and delivery teams. Skilled in content creation, storytelling, and client engagement . Calm under pressure , even in high-stakes situations. Travel Expectations: Approximately

40% travel

required. While Ensono promotes flexible and remote work, in-person presence is crucial during key engagements. Experience & Education: 15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in an IT Outsourcing services provider or Cloud-managed services environment. Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Relevant industry certifications and accreditations are a plus. Why Ensono? $151,000 to $205,000 annually , based on a full-time schedule. Note that placement within this range may depend on various factors, such as skills, experience, and business needs.
