About the Opportunity DMI is currently seeking to hire a

Salesforce Administrator

to support a Federal Government customer in the DC metro area.The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization’s Salesforce environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure the Salesforce platform supports organizational goals and delivers a seamless user experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, and automation.

Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings in alignment with organizational access policies.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce OOB, LWC, OmniStudio and Flex Pages capabilities.

Ensure data integrity through data imports, cleansing, de‑duplication, and validation.

Provide day‑to‑day end‑user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors.

Implement and maintain advanced functionalities within OmniStudio, including creating dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation.

Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to OmniStudio and Flex Pages development within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Support new feature rollouts, releases, and environment testing.

Collaborate with developers on advanced customizations or integrations.

Qualifications Education and Years of Experience:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field preferred

Salesforce product knowledge and at least 8+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience

Required Skills & Certifications:

Deep hands‑on experience configuring Salesforce objects, flows, automation, validation rules, and security components

Experience administering Salesforce within a regulated environment.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, relationship design, and impact analysis across complex Case Orgs

Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce

Experience supporting multi‑environment Salesforce ecosystems (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod), including sandbox provisioning and deployment assistance.

Ability to problem-solve high-level software and application issues.

Familiarity with conducting Salesforce Optimizer and Health Checks

Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.

Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
