In this dynamic role as a Salesforce CPQ Solutions Architect, you will leverage your strong problem-solving abilities to partner with project teams, analyze client requirements, and develop customized solutions. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will foster robust relationships with clients, ensuring project success while your organizational talents will help you manage multiple initiatives effectively, delivering high-quality results on time. Your Responsibilities: Design and deliver integrated architecture for Salesforce platform engagements. Develop solutions that address performance, capability, and scalability needs. Serve as a subject matter expert, leading and supporting your team towards optimal performance. Take responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple stakeholders on key projects. Provide innovative solutions applicable across various teams and projects. Maintain deep expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture. Exhibit a strong understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Show advanced proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Value Architecture & Realization. Lead architectural discussions aligning technology solutions with business goals. Conduct workshops to gather requirements and boost stakeholder involvement. Create and maintain architectural documentation supporting successful project delivery. Mentor team members on best practices in technology architecture and design. Continuously assess and incorporate emerging technologies to strengthen our architectural framework. What You'll Need: A minimum of 4 years of experience in Cloud-based CPQ solutions. At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ. 2 years of implementation experience in Quote to Cash for CPQ. Experience with CMT clients and/or the CMT Industry is an advantage. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years relevant experience; for Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years is needed). Bonus Points: Familiarity with the Salesforce platform. Experience using Apttus or Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ. Functional knowledge of business process design and Six Sigma principles. Proven track record in successful CPQ software project implementations. Understanding of web, database, and object-oriented software technologies. Hands-on experience in design, prototyping, development, configuration, testing, and other implementation activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills backed by a solid technical background. Compensation details vary based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience level.
