Summary:
We invite you to join our vibrant UX Research team focused on enhancing user experiences across our platform. As a User Experience Research Specialist, your role will be crucial in understanding the unique needs and behaviors of customers engaging with our tools. Your insights will directly shape the design and development of products that impact millions globally. We employ a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, focus groups, usability tests, and in-depth interviews. Responsibilities:
Work closely with product and business teams to pinpoint vital research topics.
Act as a thought leader, advocating for user needs throughout the entire product development cycle.
Design and implement thorough primary research studies utilizing various qualitative methodologies.
Conduct studies to analyze both user behaviors and attitudes toward our products.
Effectively prioritize and manage research initiatives in dynamic environments, ensuring alignment of insights with stakeholder objectives.
Communicate research findings clearly, providing actionable recommendations presented in engaging formats.
Collaborate across departments such as design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing.
Generate insights that inspire product ideation and assess design effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience; or a PhD with relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience with In-Depth Interviews, Focus Groups, Concept Testing, and Usability Testing.
Hands-on experience in conducting primary research with a strong interest in user experience.
Adept at transforming research findings into strategic narratives that guide product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications: Background in the advertising industry or digital marketing product development.
Educational credentials in fields tied to human behavior, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics.
