Job Summary Castalia Systems is looking for a Mid-level All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team, you'll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address critical intelligence questions. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure. Roles and Responsibilities A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to: Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings Apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR Strong MIDB Experience
Physical Requirements/Work Environment Travel As needed
