Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
Strong supervisory skills.
Strong communication skills, oral and written.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
Must pass a background check.
Must be able to work overtime and emergency calls.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Responsibilities
The Restoration Crew Supervisor prescribes, coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
Acts as the front‑line representative of the PUROCLEAN® brand, demonstrating the company's Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients.
Facilitates a positive customer experience and ensures customer satisfaction of services.
Communicates clear expectations to production technicians and supervises their activities.
Coordinates and performs production processes as scheduled and ensures quality control.
Identifies safety hazards, communicates them, and establishes control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
Follows and oversees safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Documents a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
Manages and controls labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
Manages assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
Coaches and trains production technicians.
Communicates with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
Oversees facility and grounds maintenance, as assigned.
Continues development of production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
Benefits
Full‑time position, 40 hours per week.
Salary: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour.
