As a Senior Business Analyst - Patient Engagement Specialist, you will be instrumental in converting client and business requirements into effective technical solutions driving patient affordability, access, and adherence. This collaborative position offers a chance to impact a high-visibility product while engaging with clients, developers, and cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting, adhering to U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours. Role Overview In your role as a Senior Business Analyst - Patient Engagement Specialist, you will provide expert systems support and contribute to the design, execution, and enhancement of business systems that deliver valuable products to clients. You will act as a vital link between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams, overseeing the requirements process to ensure solutions meet client expectations and platform capabilities. This position is an individual contributor role within a close-knit team focused on a primary product, while also being part of a broader Business Analyst organization supporting multiple systems. The role is client-facing and operates in an Agile/Scrum environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the entire requirements lifecycle, translating high-level business needs into actionable user stories for development teams.

Define system scope and objectives based on a deep understanding of user needs, business processes, and technical capabilities.

Analyze business needs, document requirements, and convert them into precise functional and system specifications.

Collaborate with development teams to define solutions beyond existing product functionalities.

Act as a product expert, providing creative and practical solutions for advanced user cases.

Create and maintain workflow diagrams, process flows, and documentation to support implementation and ongoing enhancements.

Monitor product progress and outcomes, recommending improvements based on feedback from internal teams and clients.

Assist in identifying and addressing obstacles to ensure successful completion of sprint and release milestones.

Engage actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups.

Manage client demands, timelines, and system limitations in a fast-paced environment.

Participate in client meetings throughout the implementation and support phases.

Occasional domestic travel may be required, typically infrequent and limited.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Project Manager, or a similar role.

Proven experience in managing the requirements process, including translating complex business needs into detailed user stories or specifications.

Strong understanding of client requirements and the associated technical systems and processes.

Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal skills paired with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

A self-starter with robust analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of independently mastering new tools and systems.

Preferred: Experience in patient support services relevant to affordability, access, and adherence programs.

Background in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical technology sectors.

Experience with Agile or Scrum development methods.

Familiarity with JIRA and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.

Experience in creating workflows and diagrams using tools like Lucidchart.

Knowledge of Confluence for documentation and reference purposes.

Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM/platform-based systems.
