Financial Management Analyst

This position is located within the Systems Division, Financial Management Directorate (FMD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS). The Systems Division is responsible for performing systems support for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services, and WHS supported organizations. The Systems Division performs financial systems support and financial reporting to support the management of WHS supported organizations.
Duties This position is being filled under Direct Hire Authority (DHA) in accordance with Section 9905 "Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense".

U.S. Citizenship is required
Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service (see https://www.sss.gov/Home/Registration)
Total salary varies depending on location of position
May be required to successfully complete a probationary/trial period
Must be determined suitable for federal employment
Required to participate in the direct deposit program
This position is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing
This position requires a Level 2 Certification under the DoD Financial Management (FM) Certification Program, or selectee must obtain and maintain this certification within two (2) years of entry on duty.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
This position may require travel up to 20% away from your normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.
This position may require you to work other than normal duty station hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
