YOUR ROLE The OES Account Manager is the primary point of contact between our company and our clients, responsible for managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving the execution of the aftersales business strategy. The Aftersales Account Manager identifies the opportunities, develops strategic plans to achieve aftersales targets, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
In your daily job you will:
The Demand and Business Planning Lead will be in charge of:
Develop and execute a year product segment strategy and plan with respect to new product development; price/margin realization; sales, margin, and expense forecast
Maintain current knowledge of market trends, technologies, competitors, customer base, market size channels of distribution, market share of product lines, industry trade associations and required product certifications for developing business
Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data
Analyze and segment actual portfolio to allow Pricing/LTB/propose for discontinuation decision
Prepare the business cases for new project in Service & Remanufacturing area
Sales responsibility of the defined customer (s)
Maintaining a positive customer relationship as the first point of contact and ensuring the high quality of statements and information exchanged * Leading negotiations regarding all commercial issues with the customer (price, quantity, business closure etc.)
Support all aftersales related project with the customer(s) and inside the organization
YOUR BACKGROUND Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales/account management role
Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledgeCapability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management experience
Business English knowledge
SAP knowledge, advanced excel
Self-driven approach
Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)
Work with OEMs.
Experience in a challenging automotive environment
Experience with Aftermarket pricing structures
Well knowledge of global logistics
