to support sales administration, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day follow-through across international markets.

What you’ll do
Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and accurate CRM/pipeline record keeping
Coordinate communication with stakeholders, prospects, and internal team members globally
Support sales activity through preparation of materials, basic marketing coordination, and liaison tasks (templates and guidance provided)
Assist with reporting, documentation, and workflow coordination
Participate in weekly training and team sessions
Contribute to process improvement and operational support within the sales function
This suits you if you have
5 years’ professional workplace experience
Background in sales coordination, sales admin, client support, operations support, or senior administrative support
Strong organisation, communication, and time-management skills
Confidence engaging with professionals and leaders
A disciplined, detail-focused approach and high standards
Comfort working remotely and staying accountable without daily supervision
