Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Saco, ME, with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, establish sales goals, develop strategies to achieve targets, and drive high performance. This role involves mentoring and coaching team members, analyzing market trends, maintaining customer satisfaction, and cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams, with an ability to mentor and inspire sales staff

Strong background in sales strategy, goal-setting, and performance analysis

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities for building relationships with customers and stakeholders

Understanding of market trends and experience in the automotive sector is a plus

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency with sales tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
