Audi Hawthorne is seeking a
BDC Sales Associate / Receptionist
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced dealership environment.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting our sales team with inbound leads, phone calls, and appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls
Respond to internet sales inquiries and customer leads
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Greet customers entering the dealership and assist with check-in
Follow up with prospective customers via phone, text, and email
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Qualifications
Previous customer service, receptionist, or BDC experience preferred
Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable working with computers and CRM systemsProfessional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
