SourceLine is partnering with a rapidly growing recreational finance company that serves the recreational marine and RV industries. Our client offers innovative lending solutions to RV and Marine dealerships across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, and they're expanding their team to support continued growth across the West Coast.
We're seeking a Regional Sales Representative with strong B2B sales experience and a background in
recreational finance . This is a remote role with limited travel (~25%) and occasional attendance at regional events or internal team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for boat and RV dealerships across the region
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealership personnel and decision-makers
Promote and educate partners on a suite of lending programs tailored to the recreational market
Collaborate with underwriting and product support teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Identify growth opportunities and expand the dealer network
Deliver training, onboarding support, and ongoing dealer consultation
Represent the company at trade shows, dealer meetings, and in-person events as needed
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience is required
— preferably in a dealership or dealer‑facing environment
4+ years of outside sales or territory management experience in a recreational environment
Experience in recreational lending (boats, RVs, or powersports) is required
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills in a B2B setting
Ability to manage a multi‑state territory from a remote environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self‑starter attitude
Willingness to travel (~25%)
