Senior Property Accountant - Real Estate firm with $1B+ in assets
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

We are a commercial real‑estate company that manages, develops and invests in industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial real estate. We have developed over 20 million square feet of projects with a value of more than $1.2 billion across the Southwest.
Responsibilities
Oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
Reconcile account balances and bank statements.
Maintain the general ledger.
Prepare month‑end close procedures.
Qualifications
5+ years of senior accountant experience.
Accounting degree preferred but not required.
Preferred: SAGE software.
Excel proficiency is required.
