Entry Level Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant (Recent Graduates Welcome) Tri-Pharma, a pharmaceutical distributor based in Kennesaw, GA, supplies critical medications and medical supplies to hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide.

We are looking for

motivated recent graduates

who want to launch a career in professional sales. Prior sales experience is not required; we look for driven individuals and train them how to succeed in pharmaceutical distribution sales.

This is a

hybrid role

combining in-office and remote work.

What You’ll Do

Call hospitals and healthcare facilities to develop new business

Build relationships with pharmacy buyers and supply chain teams

Manage and grow a sales territory

Maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM

Work with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery

Meet and exceed sales goals

You should be comfortable making

80+ outbound calls per day

as you develop your territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

No prior sales experience required. Training is provided.

Compensation First-year total compensation typically ranges from:

$50,000 – $80,000+

Includes base salary plus

uncapped commission .
