Sales Coordinator Job Responsibilities Our Sales Coordinators support the sales team by handling day-to-day administrative and pre-sale activities that help keep deals moving and customers supported. This position works closely with outside sales, operations, and accounting to ensure a smooth sales process.

Prepare basic quotes and assist with order entry

Follow up on leads, customer requests, and open items

Coordinate information between vendors, sales, operations, and customers

Navigate customer, vendor, and bid/RFQ portals

Support the sales team with general administrative tasks

Strong organizational and time-management skills
