Sales Manager

Closet Factory of Knoxville is the fastest growing branch nationwide out of 66 locations and as such, are looking for a sharp, dynamic individual with initiative and drive to take charge of our sales team. This position holds tremendous responsibility, and is second in charge of the business after the President. The position will leverage aspects of leadership, sales, design and marketing knowledge and experience. We have strong plans for expansion and are looking for the right person to work as an important member of our leadership team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management: Train, mentor and coach the Sales team. Manage in person events. Ensure leads are divvied out equitably. Incentivize superior performance and hold Designers accountable for mistakes. Sales: Increasing sales metrics such as closing ratio, average sale, self-generated leads and sale per opportunity. This also includes managing relationships with our retail partners and maximizing opportunities, developing relationships with builders and following up with customers. Design: Train Designers on software and quality check products for design fundamentals. Marketing = Work with leadership to develop robust ad campaigns to maximize lead generation through social media, online search campaigns, and local advertising. QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience in sales (not retail) 3+ years experience in managing people Proficient with Microsoft Office In-Home and/or Home improvement sales a plus Experience with design software is a plus Dependable in all areas from following directions to ownership of responsibilities Must be able to work from the Closet Factory office in Alcoa. Compensation: Base Salary plus generous commission plan. Benefits after 6 months.
