Position Summary Prestige Mills is seeking a high-caliber Corporate Sales Representative to spearhead revenue growth and relationship management within the Southern California/Los Angeles territory. This role serves as a key brand ambassador, promoting our premium carpet collections to corporate accounts, designers, dealers, and commercial partners. You will deliver a high-touch customer experience aligned with our reputation for quality and exclusivity.
Key Responsibilities Sales Execution & Territory Growth
Drive Revenue:
Establish, track, and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales growth goals to achieve profit targets.
Lead Generation:
Identify, pursue, and generate new business leads.
Presentations:
Present new and existing products to clients in a compelling and knowledgeable manner.
Client Partnerships:
Build and maintain solid working relationships with clients; serve as the main point person for addressing customer questions, concerns, and ongoing support.
Product Training:
Responsible for conducting comprehensive product training with clients to support successful product adoption.
Job Requirements Experience & Expertise
Customer Service:
Must possess strong customer service skills; experience in the wholesale carpet and rug industry is strongly preferred, but not required.
Communication:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Autonomy:
Proven ability to work independently and manage a remote schedule effectively.
Organization:
Highly organized with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
Travel & Physical Requirements
On-the-Road:
Must be able to travel consistently within the Southern California region to visit customers and attend industry events.
