The Role: Inbound Sales Representative This is a phone-first, corporate sales role sitting at the front end of our acquisitions pipeline. You'll be connecting with property owners, qualifying opportunities, and setting appointments for our senior Acquisitions team to evaluate and close. Think of it as the engine room of a development company — every deal we acquire starts with a conversation you initiate.
You’ll be surrounded by experienced real estate professionals and given direct exposure to how development deals are sourced, evaluated, and executed. For someone early in their career, this is a rare opportunity to learn the business from the inside.
What You’ll Actually Do
Connect with property owners to identify and qualify acquisition opportunities
Manage and convert inbound leads from motivated sellers
Set confirmed appointments for our senior Acquisitions team
Build genuine rapport with property owners and guide them through the process
Follow up consistently with prospects, turning “not now” into “let’s meet”
Manage your pipeline with precision in Salesforce
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets
Collaborate with leadership to refine your approach and deepen your market knowledge

Experience & Skills
Strong verbal communication — you build trust fast and know how to guide a conversation
Comfortable in a high-volume, phone-based environment
Resilient when facing objections — you stay composed and find a path forward
Organized and consistent — no lead ever falls through the cracks
Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus, not a requirement
Any real estate or business background is a plus — but we’ll develop you from the ground up
Compensation $60,000 base draw + uncapped commissions — first year OTE $100K+, average second year earnings $150K–$400K.
