We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Pipe for County Materials at Maxwell, IN.

Job Description Inside Sales Representatives support the entire sales life cycle. They support the team’s primary focus of financial success through outstanding customer service, strong market presence, project and customer understanding, with superior market and product knowledge and awareness. Within the sales life cycle, the Inside Sales Representative takes ownership in ensuring great customer service and helping our estimator with quotes; they are the face of CMC to the customers on the phone and in person at the front counter. They also provide secondary support for project management.
Primary Role and Responsibilities
Gathers new project plans and specifications.
Manage all Will‑call Traffic.
Performs complete and accurate take‑offs, puts quotes together as needed to support estimator.
Facilitates project transition to the drafter.
Manages all inbound sales phone calls.
Takes ownership of quoting opportunities on project by providing timely quotes per the contract specifications and must be accurate (downloading and printing of plans and specs, manages bid board with opportunities, locate plan holders lists, add bidding documents to network files).
Assists in managing customer expectations.
Develop and execute sales strategies.
Provides customer service and sales support.
Understand and exceed the team’s financial and non‑financial goals.
Experience & Qualifications
Working knowledge and computer proficiency.
Effective time management skills.
Effective decision making and problem‑solving skills.
Effective team interaction skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Work independently, with little supervision.
