Solutionist (Sales Consultant)

We're looking for a Solutionist our in-home sales consultant who helps homeowners protect and improve their property. You'll also play a key role in growing our commercial business by building relationships and closing jobs with custom builders, property managers, HOAs, and other local partners greatly improving your earning potential as you build a strong pipeline. You'll receive inbound opportunities from our marketing and call center, but you're expected to actively build your own pipeline. Top earners drive results through disciplined follow-up, canvassing, referral generation, and relationship-building with commercial accounts (property managers, builders, and HOAs). Conduct home inspections, measure and assess needs, and educate customers on options for their property or portfolio Prepare clear, professional estimates on-site for both residential and commercial projects Follow up to close deals and maintain customer relationships including repeat work and long-term commercial partnerships What's In It For You

2+ years in sales, home improvement, or customer-facing roles (in-home consulting and commercial sales experience is a plus) Relationship-builder mindset able to develop and close opportunities with commercial partners (property managers, custom builders, HOAs, small businesses) in addition to residential homeowners Excellent listener with a consultative, value-first mindset able to understand the real problem, educate homeowners and commercial clients without pressure, and equip them to make confident decisions that solve their needs Comfortable taking measurements and working outdoors as needed Valid driver's license and clean driving record Very strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills Goal-driven, coachable, and consistent with follow-up to move estimates to a "yes" Join us and help homeowners protect what matters most their home.
