experienced
Auto Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary plus commission, no night shifts! We offer a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment. As an Auto Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various makes and models of vehicles, ensuring the highest quality of service for our customers.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and repair issues
Communicate with service advisors and customers about vehicle maintenance and repair needs
Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed
Ensure a safe and clean work environment
Continuously develop and enhance technical skills through training and on-the-job experience
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Technician
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostic technology
ASE certification preferred
Ability to operate and understand various diagnostic tools and equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
