Role Description This is a contract-based remote role for a Sales Agent (D2D). The Sales Agent will engage in direct-to-door (D2D) sales efforts, effectively communicate the value of products or services, and build relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, pitching products or services, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Agent will also educate clients about offerings and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and addressing client needs effectively
Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Understanding of Insurance products and services (preferred but not required)
Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs to improve skills and knowledge
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Strong organizational and time management skills
Prior experience with door-to-door or direct sales is a plus
