Position Overview Description: This is an inside sales position, responsible for supporting the Sales Managers in all aspects of their job. Must be able to respond directly to customers/accounts and to management requests. They must be able to collaborate with Sales Managers and Sales Assistance, to handle various sales duties. This position represents Lifetime Metals and provides consistent sales support. The applicant must have a good attitude regarding team work and work well with team members.

Looking for a candidate with a desire to grow within the Lifetime sales organization and take on future sales opportunities that may include managing accounts and may require occasional travel. Will be required to work in the Lifetime Metals office in Clearfield Utah.

Responsibilities

Generate quotes for existing accounts in Account Profiler

Maintain and update price lists, in conjunction with Sales Manager

Respond quickly to account/customer inquiries and provide order updates

Follow up on leads generated by Sales Manager

Serve as a backup for order entry/D365 functions. Enter sales orders with complete and accurate information

Have a good understanding of mathematics including decimals and fractions

Maintain a network of contacts for each account

Responsible for processing new account setup

Lead Government contract sales

Help facilitate plant tours

Acquire industry and account knowledge including metals terms, pricing, and product selection, etc.

Pull freight quotes as needed

RA's (Return Authorizations)

Participate in sales meetings and trainings

Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager and Management

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older

Must have a clean background check

2 + years of sales experience preferred
