Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am – 5pm with one hour lunch break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10am to 4pm.

About Us We are expanding our Sales team and we are looking for Experienced Sales Advisors to come and join our successful sales team for Vauxhall and MG. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, customer-focused sales team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of the dealership – guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey from first contact to handover.

You’ll focus on delivering a personal and professional experience that builds lasting relationships and drives long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone

Understand customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicle options

Arrange and accompany customers on test drives

Build trust through honest product knowledge and finance advice

Prepare quotes, complete paperwork, and ensure full FCA compliance

Work toward individual and team targets

Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to aftersales follow-up

Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes

Support vehicle handovers, helping ensure a smooth and exciting experience for the customer

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing retail role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, target-driven attitude

Confidence in using CRM systems and basic office tools

Full UK driving licence – Held for a minimum of 2 years.
