SPC Credit Union is currently seeking an experienced leader to join our Florence team as a Retail Sales Supervisor and make an immediate impact within our organization.

Demonstrate your passion by understanding our Members’ expectations and deliver consistent service excellence in alignment with our Values: Compassion. Connection. Community.
Inspire and motivate your team by directing, developing, and coaching staff toward delivering quality service. Provide clear and concise direction to ensure your staff is knowledgeable and prepared.
Expertly engage with Members, maintain a positive sales environment, promote all credit union products and services. Serve as a member-advocate to ensure our Members are receiving the highest quality of assistance at each interaction. After all, our Mission is: Members First. Always.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, oversee branch operations, conduct weekly and monthly audits, stay active within the community, and represent SPC as a financial services industry leader to members, partners, vendors, and colleagues.
