Vertical Sales Executive – Healthcare (Fire / Life Safety)

As the Vertical Sales Executive – Healthcare (Fire / Life Safety), you are responsible for driving growth of Siemens’ fire and life safety solutions across healthcare environments where patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care are nonnegotiable. You combine healthcare regulatory knowledge with deep fire and life safety expertise to guide customers through complex code requirements while delivering reliable, compliant solutions. As the Vertical Sales Executive – Healthcare (Fire / Life Safety), you will:

Drive order intake and profitability for fire and life safety offerings within healthcare accounts Advise customers on NFPA, CMS, Joint Commission, and AHJ compliance requirements Develop complex, compliance-driven sales opportunities Serve as a trusted advisor to facilities, safety, and executive stakeholders Partner with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation Position Siemens as a long-term safety and compliance partner for healthcare systems Apply digital tools and analytics to improve customer outcomes and sales effectiveness You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of experience supporting hospitals, health systems, or clinical facilities Strong knowledge of healthcare fire codes, inspection standards, and compliance requirements Proven ability to sell complex, safety critical solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Capability to travel 50%+ within the United States to handle sales needs Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling fire alarm, suppression, or life safety offerings Familiarity with NFPA standards, CMS requirements, and healthcare safety regulations Ready to create your own journey? Join us today. About Siemens
