Print Production + Fabrication Lead

The Print Production + Fabrication Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality printed materials, structural fabrications, and manufactured assets that support Accenture’s Marketing + Communications (M+C) internal agency of 250+ creatives. This team supports internal work streams and produces a wide range of creative, spanning major events and experiences, pitch support, thought leadership and brand design.

The Lead will serve as the primary production lead for the agency, partnering with creative teams, experience leads, and external production partners to transform design concepts into high-quality physical assets. The role ensures that all projects meet Accenture’s standards for quality, innovation, sustainability, and brand integrity, while managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.

The position requires deep expertise in print production, large-format graphics, fabrication, packaging, merchandising, and manufacturing and requires critical knowledge of the latest production and manufacturing technologies – all while exercising a premium taste level and discerning eye.

Job Responsibilities Production Leadership

Lead all aspects of print production and fabrication from concept through final delivery.

Advise creative teams and stakeholders on production methods, materials, finishing techniques, and fabrication options.

Translate design concepts into feasible production solutions while maintaining creative intent.

Project Management

Manage multiple production projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery against deadlines and budgets.

Provide production schedules, cost estimates, and vendor coordination for complex projects.

Ensure quality control throughout all stages of production including proofs, press checks, and final fabrication.

Vendor Management

Manage relationships with preferred production partners and fabrication vendors across the United States and internationally.

Source and evaluate new vendors for specialized capabilities such as digital and offset printing, large format printing, structural fabrication, custom packaging, awards and recognition manufacturing.

Ensure vendor alignment with Accenture procurement standards and sustainability goals.

Fabrication and Experiential Production

Oversee production of physical assets used in high-level executive events and experiences, including environmental graphics, custom installations, prototypes, fabricated structures, event collateral, branded merchandise and executive gifts.

Provide production solutions for global events and executive programs.

Innovation and Production Expertise

Introduce new production technologies, materials, and finishing techniques to enhance creative output.

Advise teams on sustainable production methods and materials, including FSC-certified papers and environmentally responsible fabrication solutions.

Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in print, fabrication, and experiential production.

Global Collaboration

Partner with creative teams and M+C stakeholders across multiple regions including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Support production needs for global executive programs and leadership events.

Provide guidance to global creative teams on production specifications and vendor capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in print production or fabrication

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 5 years of experience vendor sourcing and negotiating

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing techniques

Experience managing complex production projects

Ability to collaborate with creative teams and translate design concepts into production solutions

Strong expertise in traditional printing, Scodix technology, digital and offset printing, large format production, and fabrication methods

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
