The customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to customers via chat or phone calls. This is a pivotal position for the organization. The customer service representative will help assist our customer base within all markets and in a wide range of areas within the company. We are looking for a self-driven individual with a cool head during problem solving. Along with someone that has learned the right characteristics to show empathy to all our customers. What You’ll Be Doing
(These responsibilities must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation) Takes inbound calls from customers Engages in chat conversations with customers Determines/understands customers’ needs with strong objection/response handling. Explains the services available Processes customer refunds, orders and payments. Maintains customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes. Research and resolve customer disputes Assists with month end processes Matches invoices to customer vouchers/purchase orders/invoices Assist with inventory control Encourages customers to purchase additional products. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Partners with members of other departments to provide support Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Preferred 1 - 2 years previous customer service experience High School Diploma or GED Minimum Age:
18 years old. Adaptability:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. Schedule:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days and evenings, Monday through Friday Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Must be able to work for extended periods on a computer and handle sensitive data with confidentiality. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Base Pay: $17.50 - 18.00/hour The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location. This role is eligible to earn a weekly sales commission and monthly membership retention bonus based on individual performance. Notice to Applicants
