Summary: Join Meta as a Senior Executive Administrative Specialist and become an integral part of supporting a VP within the Reality Labs leadership team. We are seeking a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills to handle complex scheduling and travel logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication abilities and excel at building relationships both within Meta and externally. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring presence in our Burlingame, Menlo Park, and San Francisco offices five days a week. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.

Manage intricate calendar arrangements and make necessary adjustments.

Accurately prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions.

Seamlessly organize both domestic and international travel arrangements.

Plan and execute strategic offsite events and team meetings successfully.

Foster strong cross-functional relationships across various departments.

Collaborate closely with team leads and departmental heads.

Perform general office duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to executives.

5+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics for executives.

5+ years of experience in managing calendars and preparing expense reports.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting VPs in a large-scale technology environment.

A proven record of maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

A history of driving events and enhancing team connections.

Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to tasks.

Experience managing projects independently and adapting quickly to changing demands.

Capacity to build trusting relationships with leadership and peers.

Skilled in collaborating with administrative professionals and cross-functional partners.

Experience establishing new teams and creating innovative work environments.

Public Compensation: $59.09/hour to $201,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Industry:
