As a Technical Teamcenter Solutions Architect, you will partner with clients from various industries to enhance product development and integrate manufacturing processes and supply chains. Your expertise will be essential in identifying transformation opportunities while addressing global economic, technological, and industry trends. Analyze clients' product development landscapes to unveil transformation opportunities and platforms that drive operational efficiency and sustainability. Leverage your analytical skills to assess R&D and PLM capabilities, helping clients utilize Digital Thread & Twin technologies for substantial business outcomes. Craft and execute customized transformation roadmaps that align with client needs, bolstering their strategic posture for long-term success. Apply foundational and advanced technologies to tackle challenges such as environmental compliance, product variance, and sustainability. Lead teams through comprehensive Digital Thread & Twin transformations, fostering relationships that establish Accenture as a trusted partner. Continue to enhance your knowledge in business and technology strategy while contributing to Accenture's thought leadership. Your responsibilities will also include: Leading Product Engineering and Manufacturing Operations, managing logistics, and providing clear updates on project statuses. Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop specifications, and effectively deploy applications. Designing and implementing cohesive architectural solutions based on thorough analysis of current versus future states. Facilitating workshops and discussions to identify process improvements and technical solutions. Delivering quality outputs such as requirements traceability, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications. Leading global functional and technical teams, mentoring both internal and client-based implementation members. Providing functional solutions across PLM, ALM, and MES systems, ensuring alignment with business processes. Gathering data to define architectural requirements at the project level while advocating for best practices in Product Lifecycle Management. Creating test plans to ensure solutions developed meet client needs. Travel is a component of this role, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business and client requirements. What You Require: A minimum of 4 years' experience delivering PLM technical solutions with Siemens Teamcenter, including architectural design, configuration, and customization. 2 years of hands-on experience with Engineering and Manufacturing IT systems, including ERP, PLM, MES, and QMS platforms. Profound expertise in Teamcenter to SAP integration architecture and experience with legacy SAP R/3 systems. Experience with the latest Teamcenter versions (TC13, TC14, TC2312) and familiarity with system upgrades. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (12+ years), or an associate degree with a minimum of 6 years' relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cutting-edge technologies such as 3D visualization, AR/VR, IoT, and Blockchain. Knowledge of systems implementation methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Strong analytical and troubleshooting prowess. Proven ability to think creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios. Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
