Job Description
Join a team where your work directly impacts patient safety and product quality. As a Labeling Specialist within our R&D organization, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance of labeling across both disposable and system-level medical devices.
Your role:
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements for labeling updates and new development initiatives.
Translate business and regulatory needs into clear, actionable requirements for the labeling team.
Drive visibility and accountability by tracking progress of labeling changes from concept through completion.
Coordinate and support the seamless implementation of labeling updates to ensure timely and compliant execution.
Your work ensures that critical product information is accurate, compliant, and accessible—supporting clinicians and ultimately improving patient outcomes.
You are a fit If:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in labeling for medical devices or other regulated industries.
Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Colorado is $88,500 to $141,600.00.
The pay range for this position in Minnesota is $71,000 to $114,000.
The pay range for this position in San Diego is $99,000 to $158,592.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
