The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, applying professional sales and marketing techniques, and maintaining high occupancy at the property. Responsibilities
Meets and greets prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner. Qualifies applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner. Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents. Maintains thorough and up-to-date rental files and accurately enters rental data into the system. Prepares leases and oversees signing of leases by new residents. Assists with monthly administrative tasks and keeps property paperwork organized and complete. Interacts with residents professionally to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments. Qualifications
1 year of property management experience preferred Excellent sales and customer service skills Desire to work in a team setting with a company that promotes from within Compensation and Benefits
$22-$24/hr Monthly and quarterly bonuses PTO, holidays, personal days, sick time 401K with employer match Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Spending Account Rental Discounts This position is anticipated to be closed April 2026.
