Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Duck Creek Business Analyst to collaborate closely with customer Product Owners and support end‑to‑end policy implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on Duck Creek Policy experience, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience, including 6+ years of functional experience in Duck Creek Policy.

Strong background in Commercial Lines, including ISO and non‑ISO template implementations.

Techno‑functional experience in Duck Creek is highly desirable.

Experience working on on‑premises and OnDemand policy implementations.

Strong knowledge of Policy Rating, Forms, Use Administration, Day 2 transactions, and batch processes.

Work closely with Duck Creek Technical Leads for solution discussions, design validation, and delivering Change Request (CR) solutions to the business.

Expertise in writing User Stories, managing Change Requests/Epics, and participating in Defect triage processes.

Strong experience working directly with Business Teams to understand requirements, respond to queries, and ensure business alignment.

Additional exposure to Billing, Claims configuration, and Data Insights Producer/Policy Holder will be an added advantage.

Communicates complex concepts in a clear, structured manner. Produces high‑quality documentation, facilitates productive discussions, and keeps stakeholders informed with timely, concise updates.

Analyzes challenges systematically and proposes innovative, practical solutions. Balances business needs with technical feasibility and adapts quickly to evolving requirements.

Salary and Other Compensation The hourly salary for this position is between $[ 113,000 - 125,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
