Client Account Representative

Most of our leadership team, including Store Managers and District Managers, began in the Client Account Representative position. In this impactful role, you'll manage rental accounts while providing top-notch customer service, promoting new products, driving account performance, completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and executing early-stage collections. Build strong relationships with customers while supporting sales growth and ensuring account health in line with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers. Perform early-stage collections and meet collection standards on a daily and weekly basis. Utilize management tools to maintain account health and secure payment commitments. Complete delivery routes, pickups, and follow-ups for accounts. Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, via phone, and in customers' homes. Drive sales growth by generating new rental agreements. Safely transport, install, and manage merchandise. Keep showroom standards and company vehicles in top condition. Follow all safety and operational protocols set by the company. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Physical Requirements Able to lift and move heavy items. Ability to drive a box truck. Comfortable standing and driving for long periods. Schedule and Work Environment This is a full-time role, from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off plus one weekday off.
