Entry Level Business Analyst
will assist in translating business needs into application software requirements. This is the first step in a rewarding career path. How You Will Make an Impact: Participate in developing and modifying requirements, business design specifications, user training, and documentation. Research and document business issues. Translate business requirements for technical staff to ensure incorporation into system design. Test and document solutions while serving as a liaison between software users and technical staff. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years related healthcare experience, including workflow design, data analysis, and/or systems automation and testing, or a combination of education and experience that provides a similar background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: BA/BS degree preferred. Strong understanding of business processes and systems capabilities preferred. Highly proficient in Excel. FEP knowledge strongly preferred. Job Level:
