Join C.H. Robinson as a Real Estate Specialist and play a key role in shaping the workplace experience for teams across North America. In this highly collaborative and analytical role, you’ll support the strategic management of our global real estate portfolio, helping guide decisions on relocations, consolidations, new office openings, and process improvements. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure our real estate operations are efficient, data‑driven, and aligned to business needs.

Responsibilities:
Support the North America real estate portfolio in partnership with internal teams and external brokerage vendors.
Analyze real estate options including consolidations, relocations, closures, and new sites to inform business decisions.
Gather, interpret, and present real estate data and recommendations for leadership review.
Assist in developing and executing international real estate transaction processes.
Partner in managing the Lease Administration vendor and streamline related workflows with Accounts Payable.
Maintain accurate real estate database records in coordination with third‑party partners.
Manage landlord correspondence, notices, and lease‑related communications.
Prepare and deliver real estate reporting and ad hoc analyses.
Identify and assess potential risks tied to real estate transactions and operations.
Serve as a cross‑functional point of contact and support special projects as they arise.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 2 years’ experience of professional commercial and/or corporate real estate experience
Experience working with commercial real estate lease related documents and processes including construction build outs
Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically and internationally)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting real estate operations in a decentralized, multi‑site organization
Strong communication, negotiation, and partnership‑building skills
High level of organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving capability
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives through ambiguity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in a small, collaborative team environment
Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence outcomes across a large, dispersed organization
