LinkedIn Campaign Manager . Your collaboration with stakeholders worldwide—including Campaign Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales, and Data/Analytics—will be essential in crafting multi-touch digital experiences that are targeted, measurable, and directly associated with revenue growth. Please note, this is a hybrid position, requiring presence at a Wolters Kluwer office for two days a week. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Lead the creation, quality assurance, and distribution of email programs, engagement/nurture streams, triggered workflows, and operational campaigns in

Adobe Marketo Engage . Develop and oversee

Smart Lists, Smart Campaigns, tokens, snippets, A/B tests, and dynamic content

to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Ensure global email governance, adhering to naming conventions, folder structures, and compliance with deliverability standards, GDPR/CCPA regulations, and best practices for preference centers. Partner with key stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into scalable Marketo programs aligned with audience strategy and lifecycle stages. Account-Based Digital Advertising Support Help set up and execute ABM campaigns within

6sense , including audience/segment creation, workflow management, intent-based targeting, keyword updates, and funnel-stage activation. Execute LinkedIn and Meta ads (Sponsored Content, Conversation Ads, and Document Ads), ensuring accurate audience targeting and integration with Marketo workflows. Collaborate with digital advertising leads to ensure coordinated cross-channel orchestration of ads, website, and email nurture efforts. Campaign Operations, Optimization & Insights Design and implement

end-to-end integrated programs

linking digital ads, landing pages, web personalization, and email initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights through dashboards, recommending actionable optimizations based on engagement trends, intent signals, and content effectiveness. Conduct structured A/B and multivariate testing plans across channels—subject lines, CTAs, content formats, and segmentation. Collaborate with Analytics, Content, and Program teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting. Program & Process Management Establish and maintain scalable audience segmentation strategies, ensuring effective targeting, persona alignment, and reducing audience fatigue. Verify compliance of all programs with brand guidelines and accessibility standards, ensuring messaging consistency across different regions. Oversee budget tracking for digital advertising and ABM programs, ensuring accuracy across campaigns and cost centers. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of MarTech processes—inclusive of documentation, quality assurance procedures, and campaign setup templates. Desired Skills & Experience: Strong communicator:

The compensation range provided is based on the primary location of the position. Actual base salary offers are influenced by various factors, including skills, experience, and actual hiring location.
