Overview:
This role supports the development of a directtopatient engagement strategy, designing integrated, omnichannel journeys that strengthen patient relationships, improve retention, and enhance the overall patient experience. The position drives engagement strategy and campaign framework development across key lifecycle moments, translating patient needs, business objectives, and data insights into scalable programs. Engagement journeys may include moments such as onboarding, the first 90 days, hospitalization, and reengagement. The role partners closely with CRM, digital marketing, product, and crossfunctional stakeholders to shape integrated patient strategies across channels including email, SMS, direct mail, and digital product experiences. This position focuses on strategic journey design and campaign frameworks, collaborating with technical teams responsible for execution within enterprise marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Core Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Engagement Strategy
Lead development of patient engagement journey strategies that support education, engagement, and retention goals
Translate business objectives and patient needs into scalable engagement strategies, defining communication cadence, channel mix, and messaging hierarchy for execution partners
Shape integrated strategies across email, SMS, direct mail, and digital product experiences in partnership with marketing and product stakeholders
Contribute to the evolution of a cohesive, patientcentered omnichannel engagement approach
Guide creative content development to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and patient care principles
Personalization & Data Strategy
Identify opportunities to leverage patient data, segmentation, and behavioral signals to deliver more relevant, personalized communications
Partner with analytics and data teams to inform audience strategy, journey triggers, and measurement frameworks
Support a testandlearn approach, optimizing messaging, channel mix, and journey design over time
Apply systems thinking to improve engagement effectiveness through journey architecture, segmentation strategy, and channel orchestration
Marketing Technology & CRM Partnership
Translate engagement strategies into executable requirements in partnership with CRM and marketing operations teams
Provide strategic oversight of journey design while technical teams manage campaign execution and journey builds
Review journey architecture, segmentation logic, and campaign builds to ensure alignment with strategic intent
Collaborate with technical partners to improve lifecycle campaign scalability and capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer strategy, omnichannel engagement, or integrated marketing management
Proven ability to lead complex marketing initiatives from ideation through briefing and delivery while partnering with creative and technical teams
Strong ability to translate complex data and concepts into clear, compelling narratives for patients and executive stakeholders
Solid understanding of customer data, segmentation strategies, and personalization frameworks
Experience partnering crossfunctionally with product, data, analytics, or technical teams
Preferred Experience
BG in healthcare, patient engagement, or regulated industries
Familiarity with CRM data architecture, eventbased triggers, and lifecycle segmentation
Experience designing lifecycle programs focused on retention, education, or behavior change
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00/hr.
